But in short, culture is the effect that your company, your team, and your own management style has on others. It has nothing to do with having a ping-pong table or beanbags or an iced-coffee dispenser. It's about the psychologically safe environment that your staff enjoys doing their work in.

Regardless of the company culture, the culture that you set within your team comes through your actions, intentional or unintentional. That's why this course has given you a framework in which you can practice being a manager. You have learned how to do everything from handling your emails and to-do lists, to hiring and dealing with performance issues, to the nuances of how to exist within the wider workplace.
